BTX-A Cosmetic,
such as Dysport is commonly used to
treat unwanted facial lines and wrinkles that appear during facial
expression.
Dynamic wrinkles are caused by contractions of the delicate underlying
facial muscles every time you smile, laugh, or frown. When Dysport
Cosmetic
is injected into a
muscle, it blocks impulses from the nerve to the tiny facial muscles. Those
muscles cannot "scrunch up" for a period of time. The muscles are relaxed and
the overlying skin remains smooth and unwrinkled. The untreated facial
muscles contract in a normal fashion allowing normal facial expression to remain
unaffected.
Dysport
Cosmetic, in addition to the conventional forehead lines, frown lines and
crows feet, is also
used to treat other parts of the face and neck such as lines around the
lips, dimpling of the chin, open pores and neck lines.
